An Interlude at Day 367
Yesterday marked 366 consecutive days of posts here at Number 5, each day featuring an image and some words that evoked for me the idea of beauty.
After posting daily on beauty for a full year, that pace will slow down—by how much I’m not yet sure. But I also plan to share a bit of my own creative writing, a modern day screenplay adaptation of Shakespeare’s problem play, Measure for Measure.
Now seems like a good time to share a little about myself, the history of Number 5, and what inspired me to think on beauty this year. So, coming tomorrow: “An Intro of Sorts.”
The photo above is one I made in 1995, inside the tiny Church of St. John the Baptist on the Greek island of Rhodes—my one and only published-in-print photograph, in The Sun magazine.
Many thanks to all who have followed along, subscribed, liked, restacked, shared, and commented in the past year!
Peace,
Andy

Looking forward to future posts and have deeply enjoyed this year of posts. Thanks.
I have appreciated your daily offerings. On some of those days the quotes and pictures have blended in a profound way. Thanks for inviting us on the journey.
